It is determined that the product does not get damaged while in your processing
the product is not different from what was shipped to you

Refund For Cash On Delivery Orders
The refund will be processed either to your bank via NEFT or HydroPro Enterprises Pvt Ltd wallet to pay for delivery orders. If you wish to get your refund in your bank account, then you need to update your bank details in your account section
Note- We never processed refunds in the 3rd party accounts. The name on your account must match the name of the bank account holder.
Shipping Cost Refund
For the items fulfilled by HydroPro Enterprises Pvt Ltd, we will process shipping cost refund up to Rs. 100/-. The gift-wrapping cost will also get refunded.
Note- If more than Rs- 100 for returning large & bulky items, you can contact us for an additional refund. You need to provide us proof of payment like a courier receipt for a refund of such additional charges.
